step 1 - Create a Username by clicking Don't have a Username?
step 2 - Select your username and password:

New Home Banking Users - Use the following format:
step 3 - Re-log in using your new Username and previous or new Temporary Password. For previous Home Banking users, you will be prompted to change your password once you log in.
step 4 - Choose your Multi Factor Authentication Questions
step 5 - Online Password Reset Request - You can choose to change your password online in the future in case you forget (We recommend you choose this option. It will be more convenient for you.)
